String has been involved in brand communication for this best-selling South African skin-care brand since its inception more than 15 years ago. This includes all digital media – e-newsletters, design, development and content management of the brand website and integration with social media channels.

We have also developed and manage a full-service e-commerce site and digital marketing support for the brand in the United Kingdom, launched in 2019. Sarah Hetherington is also responsible for overall brand communication, including the brand story, creative concepts and script-writing for African Extracts television commercials, print advertising and other marketing materials.
